Dr. Elias Garza Jr. is a fourth generation pastor and leader born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. Dr. Garza is passionate and zealous about leadership and its role in ministry, business life, and daily living. His desire is to help leaders and individuals strategize, develop, and grow in belief and faith that everyone is a leader. As a consultant, mentor, and distinguished leader, Dr. Garza provides new, innovative, and research-based solutions to a diverse group of people. 

 

Ruby Garza (LMFT-A) is a Rio Grande Valley native where she has excelled in her studies and educational background. She is the founder and owner of Ruby Garza Counseling, LLC. She has an innate desire to see families, marriages, and individuals thrive and succeed through their pain and stories. As a therapist, she uses an eclectic approach through Christian modalities and scientific methods to pursue and bring forth freedom and healing for all. As a Christian speaker, she also enjoys speaking at different conferences, workshops, and training sessions.
